The bi-annual Warm Up Your Valentine event was a huge success with many members, their partners and guests, enjoying a superb evening of entertainment and some excellent chilli and curry served up by Jeanette.

Over 80 people attended and were thoroughly entertained by Roy Golding, who sang, played various instruments and generally took the mickey out of those brave enough to move out of their seats while he was performing.

The raffle was well supported and raised a substantial sum for our charity coffers.

Many thanks to all who helped out setting up the hall on Saturday afternoon, to Nic and Shaun on the door, to Charlie who always impresses with the microphone, to Sam, Kerry and Jan for selling raffle tickets, and to Karen and the many other FAB members who assisted in clearing up at the end of the evening.

Thanks too to the Working Men's Club and Jeanette for looking after us.
